Sundancer Backpackers Hostel - Fremantle

Stayed here for 3 mind-blowing months and it was absolute perfection! The staff are super friendly and the people I met were amazing. The facilities are top-notch, with a jaw-dropping range of amenities including free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness centre, and even a game room! The rooms are massive and the shared kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. I loved the vibrant and colourful building, adorned with amazing artworks throughout. The location is smack in the heart of a lively town, offering access to the beach and a relaxing lifestyle. I can't recommend this place enough!

The hostel offers a range of facilities and activities perfect for bigger groups of friends. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a cool vibe throughout the hostel. the location is excellent, with easy access to the train station, shops, and the beach. the hostel is well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment.

Cleanliness could improve.

We had a fantastic time at Sundancer Backpackers. The social vibe was amazing, with free pool and ping pong, BBQs every week, and fun pool competitions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hostel had a big kitchen and lounge area, with free internet and computers to use. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the easy access to everything. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hostel.

I always return to this amazing hostel. The staff kindly helped me with my heavy bags on my first stay. It has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities to a seasonal outdoor pool and fitness centre. Perfect for my business trips.

Beautiful building with amazing artwork, plenty of space, huge kitchen, lots of activities , swimming pool, daily cleaning.

Big beautiful place with character - not some generic chain hostel. Great facilities and cleanliness. Really central location. They offer free dinner and a pool. Friendly staff especially Karen, she gave us lots of suggestions of where to visit.

Pool was dirty. Broken items and need lots of reparation.

sundancer backpackers was my home away from home in fremantle, exceeding my expectations with its spaciousness, entertainment options, and convenient location. the hostel provided a variety of areas to relax, TVs, games, and even beer for purchase. being just a short walk from the beach and train station made it even better. highly recommend.

cleanliness could be improved

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights. The room, although small and basic, wasnice and neat. The hostel had a great vibe and I loved the option to either socialize with others or have some quiet time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

This hostel in Fremantle is very nice! Within walking distance to main sights, harbour, ferris wheel, marina, and Bathers beach. Lovely backyard with a swimming pool. Comfy bed with clean linen provided. Helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious dorms and the friendly staff. The dorms were big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, and the bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home during my stay. the location of the hostel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities. It was easy to explore the area and find everything I needed.

One thing I disliked during my stay was the lack of organization at times. There were instances where there was confusion with room assignments, and it took a few attempts to get a key to the correct room with an available bed.
